Andrés Chavarría, born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, is the youngest of three brothers. From an early age he had the opportunity to travel on an exchange program to Toluca-Mexico at age 12, and Louisville-Kentucky, at age 15. These experiences led him to live far from home and prepared him for what was to come.

Driven by his love of learning, Andrés moved to the United States, where he earned a degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College and then a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from Missouri State University.

After graduation, he worked as a Personnel Administrator in Missouri and later as an Executive at an electronic components company in St. Petersburg-Florida, often traveling to Costa Rica, Argentina and Mexico to serve key clients.

Andrés then entered the mortgage industry in 2005, working with major players such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Ameriquest Mortgage, Prospect Mortgage, PrimeLending and loanDepot, as well as short stints at Suntrust Mortgage and Guaranteed Rate. He then worked at NEXA Mortgage in Arizona before founding his own brokerage, ARCH Financial LLC.

Andrés is Fabiana's father and has a very naughty dog named Milo. In his free time, he visits his family, explores new places, and enjoys spending time with close friends. He treats his clients as part of his family and always seeks the best for them.

Cristina Peribonio

Client Relationship Manager

813-596-2333

Cristina Peribonio was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, into a multicultural family with Ecuadorian and Croatian roots. The family always valued education and family unity, which influenced their outlook on life.

After graduating from high school, she landed her first job at Banco de Guayaquil, where she learned about banking products and customer service while studying Marketing and Advertising at Tecnológico Espíritu Santo.

Cristina moved to New York at the age of 23. Despite initial misgivings, she quickly adapted to the big apple, exploring new hobbies (painting), making friends and working various jobs with the goal of traveling and experiencing life to the fullest.

Eventually, she returned to banking, working at Citibank before becoming a Loan Officer at a wholesale bank dedicated to home financing. Her determination and skills led her to close home purchases for clients, family and friends.

After getting married, Cristina moved to Florida where she became a Notary Public specializing in mortgage loan closings. Her career took off even more when she joined her husband's team at Bank of America.

She stood out for her commitment to helping first-time home buyers and for her work with the Acorn Housing assistance program, educating buyers rather than simply collecting documents.

This is how Cristina's life in the United States and her successful career in the financial and mortgage lending industry began.

Nowadays, Cristina is a mom of teens who enjoys the flexibility the mortgage business gives her to work remotely when needed, and be there for her family.
